This clean compact smoker trailer is truly a masterpiece in looks, design, function.
Smoker trailer comes with upper welded in expanded metal upper deck with a triple side out lower trays for loading & unloading meat. You can do hundreds of pounds of meat per day smoked with the large capacity upper and lower decks and load your choice of wood from either end of the smoker body. There is 3 lower removable pans under the slide out trays that evenly spread heat across the meat with over cooking from direct heat. We installed 2 heat temp gauges high on one side and in the middle on the long big door to make sure heat is even from lower to upper deck. Both smoke stacks have slide pivots to hold in smoke and heat. Trailer is fully coated satin black powdercoat on full outside of smoker body and complete trailer frame and fenders. All led lighting
along with aluminum wheels & steel belted tires.
